Jordan has over 10 years of experience in providing customer and client service support. She has a passion for understanding client’s unique business challenges and is committed to addressing those challenges to help them reach their goals. Prior to joining Direct Associates, Jordan worked at Cardlytics where she was responsible for supporting the company’s senior sales executive team. In her role, she managed and developed strategy and contact plans by leveraging consumer purchase data for over 60 accounts all while ensuring client programs were implemented and executed flawlessly. At Direct Associates, Jordan works side by side with the Vice President of Business development to identify new client opportunities that align with the agency’s core competencies to solve those defined client business challenges. Jordan holds a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in marketing as well as a M.B.A. from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
