Resetting My Routine
5 months into what feels like neverending quarantine and I decided it was time to take stock of my daily routine and reevaluate my habits, think about what changes I would like to make and implement them! As a semi-pro list maker, I know that I respond really well to checking off boxes so I thought a spreadsheet format would work best for me because it would give me the ability to revise along the way as I figure out what works best for me.
For my mid-year, quarantine resolutions here are some changes that I decided to implement in my daily routine:
- Make the bed everyday (Hello, David Goggins – Can’t Hurt Me)
- Meditate for at least 5 minutes every morning or night (Meditation benefits!)
- Read for 20+ minutes every night
- Move for 30 minutes or more everyday
- Floss regularly…
- Intermittent fasting 16:8 Monday through Friday (Here are some benefits to intermittent fasting in case you want to give it a try yourself!)
